The Kirby Laing Institute for Christian Ethics (KLICE) is an independent, evangelical organisation that promotes the study and understanding of Christian ethics. KLICE was founded in 2006, and is based at Tyndale House in Cambridge, England.
KLICE's activities include research, publication, collaborative projects, and running conferences and seminars. KLICE states that its vision is "to contribute a Christian perspective to public debates about ethics in the UK."[1]
Three times a year KLICE publishes articles on various ethical subjects under the name Ethics in Brief.
KLICE's first Director, Dr. Jonathan Chaplin, was appointed in September 2006.[2] In September 2010 Dr. Joshua Hordern was appointed as KLICE's first Associate Director.[3]
